YOGA is about finding stillness in the midst of thundering waves crashing all around us. This practice is understanding that the waves will never stop. We just train our minds to hear and see the mighty waves differently, in a kinder light. Instead of pushing them out and avoiding them, we embrace them. The same goes for how we see ourselves. So the key is to find stillness in our lives. We must take the time to understand our minds in new ways and love ourselves in a warm and comfortable light. The same way we look out at the horizon beyond the sea and into the infinite sky is exactly how we should be looking in the mirror. 🌊 - @justin_tucker
